A Note on Our Packaging
We want you to have the best experience from the moment you open the box.
The Seal: Pork Back Ribs have curved bones that can be sharp. During transit and handling, these bones can occasionally create tiny punctures in the vacuum seal, causing it to lose its "tight" look.
Our Quality Guarantee: A relaxed seal on a frozen rack of ribs is a common logistical occurrence and does not affect the safety or flavor of the meat. As long as the ribs arrived frozen, they are ready for the smoker! For best results, we recommend thawing the ribs in their packaging on a tray in the refrigerator.

We currently offer convenient local delivery within Manitoba. Don’t forget currently we have Winnipeg Free delivery. 3.) Do you offer out of Manitoba shipping?
